First few weeks. Like cleaning up after any storm, there is a period of deconstruction before the rebuilding kicks in. Most people have the attention span of retarded gnats. When you have not worked out in a while, there is pain when you first go back before positive results are seen.
Litterally weeks in. He is doing the right things.
