$100,000 to a nine-year-old to start a chain of lemonade stands in the inner city of Philadelphia. Those lemonade stands could expand to include providing cocaine, methamphetamine, marijuana, and amphetamines to the good people of Philadelphia. Think of all the people who are better off for what they do, all the people they've hired and the extra business for funeral parlors.

It's all about ... THE CHILDREN.

And what if a six-year-old doesn't have the money for surgery to have his pecker removed? What's the kid supposed to do, turn to a life of crime?

Geez, a little compassion would be nice. And a few kickbacks to government officials is a small price to pay to see a young person succeed in business.
