USAID and CFPB were how the Democrats financed lawfare and ballot harvesting operations
He has already cut off the spigot, and is now forcing them to drain their remaining resources chasing all these executive orders, which will not stop coming in faster than they can file suit.
When an activist Judge rules against - they'll just operate around it. (i.e. a Judge said they couldn't cut off Fed Employees credit cards, to Elon just lowered their credit limit to $1. lol).
For other decisions, they can just rephrase some language, cite a different instrument, and re-issue a different executive order that does essentially the same thing. And the only option at the Democrats disposal is to file another lawsuit.
So he can ignore, without technically ignoring.
And meanwhile, the Democrats will soon be out of money to fight him.
