I agree with Judge Napolitano & Douglas MacGregor that Russia would never agree to that. It would be a non-starter and the war would continue on, but with the US as the guarantor of Ukrainian sovereignty. It would just expand the war even further.

I also agree with Col. MacGregor that it was/is in bad taste anyway to be forcing Ukraine to pay us back for the idiocy of this war which the US must take much of the responsibility for. Yeah, it was Biden, but that was still the US pushing them into the war and then restraining Ukraine from cutting a deal with Russia to prevent it &/or stop it within some 5 days of its start.

They have allegedly lost 1 million men so far in this catastrophic war... which we instigated.
