Zelensky had his chance, but decided to follow the advice of Congressional democrats and blew up the minerals deal. Therefore, Ukraine has been cut off from all financial and military aid and that includes access to American ISR. Additionally, the Brits and our other 'Five-Eyes' partners have been embargoed from sharing any American origin intelligence to the Ukrainians. No help with satellite intel, GPS targeting, signals intelligence or humint developed by the U.S. and its sources.
