Yes, of course an inferior court can not micromanage executive branch agencies or issue orders to the President when he is acting within the limits of his Constitutional powers. When the SC oversteps, it poses a Constitutional crisis. Jackson provided a template for future Presidents and Trump can follow his example if he so chooses. And there is nothing the SC can do about it.
