that he described last night, provided that it's really a spending item. My suspicion is that some of it was covert activities under a different name, or payoffs. Some of it was idiocy and some of it was probably just made up. Not sure who's going to check Mozambique men to see if they're being circumcized, but I guess we can assign that to MTG or Boebert to investigate.
