Russians will ever agree to allow troops from a NATO nation to deploy in the Ukraine, even for a peace keeping mission. No NATO in Ukraine means no NATO in Ukraine. In any case, the Europeans aren't capable of the level of financial and military support the Ukraine needs to continue the war. This war will end on the battlefield, because the Kiev regime rulers only care about skimming off Western aid.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
