the budget because NONE OF THAT 30% was used as assigned and instead was stolen, wasted or spent on lavish travel and activities for union bosses, the unions and the media and the marxists would scream that the republicans are cutting 1/3 of the money FOR THE CHILDREN.
That means of course that one third of the kids won't be taught to read or write or do math. Actually....those numbers would be an improvement.
No matter, any cuts to any program with unions, graft, marxists or minorities getting fed would be ruinous for the nation. And the patriotic democrats would fight to preserve our democracy.
Or something.
