The Ukraine heads that list and this is the primary reason Western elites, including both dem and pub government officials in D.C. wish to continue American support for the Kiev regime. They ran similar money laundering schemes in Russia after the collapse and dissolution of the USSR. It was the election of Putin that put a stop to Western looting and set Russia on course to recover and regain sovereignty.
