The contractor started working in October. Duffy’s been in office a month out of the five months it’s taken to open two lanes.
The article said Duffy announced an agreement between USDOT and USFWS that may help move things quicker going forward. It didn’t specify Duffy had anything to do with the agreement. And he announced it two weeks ago. The agreement had nothing to do with opening I-40.
