**** head you can get arrested for anything. Guilty or not. I know a teacher that him and his wife were in an argument the police were called (no physical involvement) he was arrested for telling the police to mind their own business after badgering to two of them. He got terminated even though the case was dismissed. He sued both the County and the school district. The school district case is still pending. The principal just didn't want him in his school.
