What does that tell you? Who wants to have his countrymen die and willing to sacrifice more of them with no gaining back of lost territory? The only think that they can accomplish is launching a few drones into Russia and cause Russia to lose a few men and expend SAMs. All they have to say is that they will remain neutral. It just doesn't make sense. I just cannot understand that level of thinking.
