a pre-emptive strike (so to speak) to get into the recruits heads and essentially start the negotiating process.
Draft them as late as possible, make a checklist of concerns and then STEAL MONEY from these rookies.
Whenever you hear 'NFL Scout Concerns' you just have to laugh.
