when people are naturally better than everyone around them sometimes they don't have to mature, and when they are put on a level playing field may not be emotionally intelligent enough to deal with the challenges they face. The NFL's patience for people's learning curves is about as long as their investment in them. We all saw how long J'mon and DGB's careers lasted when they weren't ready to be grown ups.
