to operate under Article II, Section I of the Constitution. Even left leaning Judges of the Federal District and Appeals Courts have acknowledged they can't overrule Trump's executive actions, as long as they are conducted within the bounds of the law. That's why on one TRO has been ordered and that one was watered down immediately after it was issued.
