That she likely never uses. This scam probably made stacey a couple of million, paid her staff well, and all they did was apply for the grant, skim massive expenses of the top, then route it to other charities who kicked back to her with board positions, or "legal fees".

I'm betting this involved a 5 star hotel conference somewhere nice to discuss with all of the "leadership", using private planes, limos.
