underspending for a decade isn't fixed by barely meeting the 2% minimum last year. France, germany, england all have substantial problems with recruitment, readiness.

30K total sailors, infantry, air force? One battle and they are done.
The most annoying part, is after the invasion of ukraine, none of them have really stepped up to meet the russian threat at all.
Just handed the check to USA.
