Situation that isn’t fully covered or covered at all by your insurance (because Trump dismantles the affordable care act)

Do you feel like that person is forced to borrow money then?

They could be working 60 hours a week and have some unexpected medical situation that makes them decide between borrowing money or not providing medical care for their kid.
