Are you talking about rebuilding the checks to see if there is no fraud?

My point was to get rid of social security altogether. There is nothing to rebuild.

I will agree that the "fraud detection" of the government is poor, and needs to be fixed.

But I would first work with the legislature on just tearing things down.

Then once you have the correct pieces in place, you can then build the correct systems around that.
