It's saying something that the federal government, who spends more money than any other organization in the history of mankind, is in such disarray about it that their (alleged) waste, fraud and abuse can be more or less easily uncovered to such a large degree by people so inexperienced.
Yeah, if I were in my 50's and had worked in the same career all my adult life and a 19-year old comes and shows the world where I was cheating in a matter of days I'd be upset, too.
In a sane world with good, efficient governance, the books could be opened to any 19-year old and the 19-year old wouldn't be able to find anything noteworthy....because there isn't.
