A couple weeks ago I watched a twitter video of the 20-something year old son of a Ukrainian government official showing off his share of our foreign aid money. He was prancing around in his underwear with large bundles of $100 bills stuffed inside the waistband of his underwear, both front and rear. Other large bundles of bills were scattered about the floor. He appeared to be quite proud of himself. I wondered why he wasn't in uniform fighting the Russians from the front line trenches of the Donbas.
Please explain why this message is being reported.
