attention of Congress. Those who *want* to reign in the power of the government are probably feeling that they have an ally & won't be left twisting in the wind if they step out on their own against the establishment.

Those who would prefer to keep things as is are probably feeling a bit of heat to go along with him at the moment.

Even the leftists who want to fight him every step of the way seem to be a bit more leery of doing so for now.

He's striking hard while the iron is hot. Kudos to him for that. He's having an impact and may possibly be able to break the log jam and have a very large impact going forward.

Time will tell.
