Here’s some news for you, government is an incredible breeding ground for “institutional corruption” when it is an organization of perpetual revenue from the tax payers. And the vaunted “military and intelligence communities”is indeed its own separate mini civilization that have made so many mistakes that have led to wars, loss of life and an uncountable waste of treasure.
