I have no idea what the "metrics" are, or if there even are any metrics, nor do I care, as I've been in corporate America long enough to know that "metrics" can always be manipulated to display the desired outcome. But I will know when Hegseth bungles something really important due to his lack of skill and experience. You'll know too, although when it happens, and it will happen, you won't acknowledge it, because your nose is buried too deeply up Trump's rectum.
