will howard is beloved figure over here by most. he won a b12 championship after all. he's a high character dude. he was encouraged to leave so avery johnson could take the reigns. it worked for all parties.

will wins a championship in c'bus that he would not have sniffed here with our roster. he also banked a million dollars along the way and enhanced his nfl stock.

avery johnson gets a year's experience under his belt and sets state up for another b12 championship run. everyone wins.
