I agree. Most people on the board don't seem to understand this has nothing to do with Biden. The real issue is how the courts view NIL. We all know that a lot of the NIL money is being funneled from the University. I know an athlete (non-revenue sport) currently committed to a BIG 10 school. They were out of scholarships and are giving her an NIL package equivalent to a scholarship. That's happening a lot, and muddies the water as to whether the NIL money is coming from the school or an outside party. I don't think anyone knows how the courts will see this. Thats why I think a CBA is needed. Courts generally honor those if they are done properly.
