If you know where to look, this isn't a big secret.

University system audited financial statements:

You won't find any detail there that is useful, but they do break it out further here on page 161 for 2024:

I don't think that includes payments for capital related payments or revenues on bonds, etc., but that information does appear later on that link but not in very much useful detail.

And some more detail on the yearly expenses would be nice, but that is what is probably in the NCAA report the Pravda mentioned.
