The first thing to notice, is the article itself is from 2018.

Next,

Why is this important? it means the Cali disaster ahould have been expected and plans made to prevent, or lessen it.

Instead, dems were too busy throwing and skimming billions for the homeless, patting themselves on the back for DEI, all while ignoring the ugly reality they created.

Democrats created this mess. Not climate change.

Another quote.
