My dad and I used to watch boxing matches and we would bet each other 25 cents a match, picking guys we knew nothing about, just based on the color of their shorts, the length of their arms, whatever. It was just to have fun. We would watch however many fights there were and exchange never more than about a dollar, but we had a lot of fun.
I still enjoy small bets. It just makes the games more enjoyable. But I don't like the stress and irresponsibility of betting large amounts of money I really don't want to lose.
