assess the roster and portal and make decisions just like pro sports. If you can sign a better player you cut lesser talented players, tell them their scholarship is revoked. The players heralded this new era now live with it. This is a little extra work for the coaches but its all film study not like driving to Hannibal in a snow storm after giving a booster speech in Moberly....
