to identify the right people to play in the right positions. Some coaches don't do that so well at all. Anyone who has been on a team of any kind in organized sports knows that. Franklin is a good coach no doubt but he could have been starting the wrong QB. Sometimes it is just the older guy who gets to play, or the guy the coach likes better.
