Seems like you are probably just referring to the strength of his throws, but given his extremely limited experience, are you really able to say that - and is arm strength anywhere near as important as accuracy?

Half these guys throw too damn hard. Receivers have trouble catching rockets. Give me a guy who has the ability to throw with touch and accuracy.
