improvements to playoff structure

This year is probably the best its ever been.
But it sucks.
So here are the things that should (but probably will take 10 years or more- if ever) to happen
1) no portal transfers until after the season concludes
the bowl structure is really bad now with so many top players skipping bowls due to portal.
2) elimination of conference championships
3) elimination of teams playing at their own stadium for playoffs
4) elimination of automatic seedings for conference champions
5) expansion to 16 teams. Strong case the the extra long layoff actually hurt the top 4 seeds
6) start earlier -end earlier with a week off between
quarter finals and semi finals (for exams).
