IMO, Cook's last game was his best. I think to a certain extent it was due to the inability of the Iowa secondary to cover our receivers, but Cook did show more accuracy than in any other game this past season. Still though, Cook stared down his primary receiver, failed to scan the field through his progressions and failed to hit the checkdown or hot route receivers. In four years he rarely saw or attempted a pass to secondary routes. Franklin, Mauk, just about every other Tiger QB since Larry Smith learned and demonstrated this skill. I don't understand why Cook couldn't.
