Indicator of teams success in the portal. I compared last years Top 10 to the playoffs based on the link below. Rivals simply puts talent acquired, based on their rating of individualplayers, On3 has a different formula involving outgoing players, and NIL money. The volume can add to the score. It's obvious, Ohio St won last year based on the quality they bought. But the OP was referring to On3, so my bad.
