The worst city that the Big 10 plays a bowl game in is either NYC or El Paso.
The SEC has to go to Birmingham & Memphis.
That may seem menial, but bowls are supposed to be fun and the city matters.
If you "rank" bowls based on $, location, and history, the SEC plays in 3 "worse" bowls than the Big Ten's worst bowl.
