Afghanistan disaster, clear weaponization of the DOJ, deaf and indignant to economic needs of the country, his administration hid his clear cognitive issues for the entirety of his presidency, and now pardoning at a record pace some very shameful people.

Carter was totally overmatched by the role, but Biden is a mental gnat and shameful grifter who has sucked from the government teat his entire adult life.
