appear we're upgrading at some important positions with proven production while clearing out some of the more costly potential.
Feels like a net positive, and his history of finding good quality in the portal should give us reason to be optimistic.
Will be interesting to see if any of the potential we're clearing out winds up being productive elsewhere though.
