I wouldn't call it worthless, but the value has clearly diminished when there are no barriers to leave the next year w/ no time/eligibility impact.

The only value HS recruiting brings is you now have a much deeper relationship w/ the kid and the first shot to keep him. So there is still material value, just vastly diminished from what it was.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
