33-26 (OT) loss to Top25 UT Martin. On the line was a share of the OVC crown & a playoff spot for UT Martin.
(I'm not sure if transitioning to 1AA penalizes you a bunch of scholarships for a bunch of years, today, like when SEMO did it.)

UT Martin then dominated New Hampshire in the opening round of playoffs.
