N County kids that are accepted (discount tuition, not free)

graduate to Jr College or 4 year colleges at a rate approx. 80% when they attend Private high schools in StL. CBC, DeSmet, SLUH, MICDS, Burroughs, Chaminade etc. What are the comparable rates for the N County Public schools?

If a parent has a choice, and can cover the tuition (yes, discounted) why would they not make that decision for their child.

BTW, the population of Black students at those schools are not all Football or Basketball team members.
