And shouldn't the government tell us?
This looks eerily similar to the Chinese balloons that whispering Joe allowed to slowly cross the breadth of the United States. We still don't really know who controlled them and for what purpose.
It is stunning that this can go on for WEEKS and no one has the slightest idea who they are and what they're doing. I have to believe that the government knows and won't tell us.
Which might be even more concerning.
