flashing lights these days. They aren't necessarily blue and red, but they are still flashing lights that you would see on like MODOT truck or something.
Even commercial company trucks for industries like commercial real estae have them. I know a guy who works for a commercial real estate company, and he rarely goes on site...but has a brand new Ford F-150 with flashing lights all over it.
