When I hear people complain about Drinkwitz

It just makes you wonder what they are thinking. There are always going to be issues that exist in a program. No coach is perfect and no program is flawless. Imagine recruiting all these kids and herding them into a successful program on a consistent basis. Anyone who has ever had to manage people must have some idea how difficult it must be to keep all these kids focused on a common mission at a time in their lives when they know everything and there is all this competing noise over their NIL value, portal temptations, competition over playing time, pressure from donors and politicians, and more.

Gotta give Drink credit for putting together another solid season. It is nice to see Mizzou do well in football.

Petrino is an interesting choice. I agree he should be HC at Arky. It almost feels like he was brought in as the heir apparent. It was pretty obvious when he was the coach on the sidelines yesterday while Pittman coached (watched) from the pressbox. Pittman seems like he is done and he knows it.

If there is a change in AD, you have to wonder if they keep Petrino around. Seems unlikely, but you never know. If not, I wonder where he ends up. He is not getting any younger.
