Stolen form another site. The guy who made the post provided a summary that offered his own thoughts and emphasis, but the editorial by Russian nationalist Dugin (daughter allegedly assassinated by Ukraine) is provided in the link and its a sort read. He thinks Dugin's views are probably shared by other well-informed Russians.
