I wonder if they are about to be a victim of their own recent success. Their last 3 HC's won a national title fairly quickly into their tenures and that is the expectation now for Kelly, who isn't close to that in year 3. IMO, cutting him off would be a mistake. The national title or bust mentality is a good way to set your program into a downward spiral.
