Trump is demanding the Senate come into the office and then go on recess so that he will feel he has the right to assign recess appointments that will sidestep ADVISE & CONSENT. Trump has GOP members craft a bill giving him authority to close any org in his way. He will merely have to declare them "supporters of 'terrorism'". This is precisely what Putin did. The bill was shot down. GOP has refiled under new majority requirements. Trump has GOP put forth a bill giving Don Trump full authority over spending. Bye Bye second branch of government. And you morons cheer this destruction of a form of govt that has served us for some 248 years. WTF is wrong with you.
