Trump won 62% of the states - 31-19. Was that above or below the imaginary 'mandate' clause you invented?
He got a mandate because the voters of the country have put the GOP in charge of the Presidency, Senate, House, Supreme Court, Governorships and State Legislatures.
A total and complete sweep of all the power strings both federal (all three branches) and state level (law making and judicial).
To get to this point, the voters not only have voted for conservatism and the MAGA movement the past 8 years... but have totally and completely rejected liberalism.
