The committee was clearly impressed by their loss at mighty Houston!! & the beatdown in Mormon town.
I feel like the committee is going out of their way to include & elevate non-SEC/b10 teams. And Notre dame should be nowhere near the top 15 with their home loss to freaking N Illinois.
